Luminid is sold as monthly plans, and every company is on one. There is no free plan. A person shows you Luminid in a live demo and sets up your plan. Each plan adds a set number of credits to your balance on the 1st of every month, and every plan includes every feature, with unlimited teammates and unlimited applicants. Every plan, a calculator and the fine print are on the pricing page, and your own plan and usage are always visible in your billing settings.
How credits are spent
A live voice work sample uses 6 credits a minute, billed in 10-second steps (1 credit is 10 seconds), and every take uses at least 10 credits. A written work sample is 25 credits. When a work sample starts, its full time cap is set aside. When it ends, you pay for the time used and the rest goes back to your balance, so a call is never cut off for credits. A retake uses credits too, so plan for 2 takes per Job Seeker.
Open roles and invites
Each plan includes 1 open role for every 500 monthly credits, so 5 on Starter, 10 on Team, 20 on Pro, up to 500 on Enterprise. A role counts while it is open, posted or not. Opening a role past your plan's count uses 200 credits for each 30 days it stays open, and Luminid asks before it does. Closing the role stops that, and reopening it inside a paid 30 days costs nothing. A talent-pool invite uses 1 credit. Reading evidence, moving people through your pipeline, posting your included roles and answering applicants never use credits.
Plans
Plans start with Starter at $550 a month, about 20 work samples counted at 20 minutes each, and go up to Scale at $12,800 a month. Enterprise is sized with you. Yearly billing gives 2 months free on every plan except Enterprise, and a yearly plan still adds its credits on the 1st of each month. Need more in a month? A company on a plan can top up at $0.25 a credit, from $50. Unused credits stay on your balance for 12 months, and your whole company shares one balance. There is no card checkout yet. When the balance runs low
If your available balance cannot cover a new take, the Job Seeker sees a short pause they can report, and your admins and the role's recruiters are told. Nobody is cut off in the middle of a call.
Managing billing
Your billing settings show your plan, your open roles against the ones your plan includes, and your billing history. Settings, under Credits, shows what you spent this month on work samples, open roles past your plan and talent-pool invites. If a plan ends, the hiring tools are locked and your roles leave the job board until it is set up again, and everything you collected is kept.
